Relative Dynamics is seeking an Electrical Systems Engineer with a strong focus on integration and test planning and execution for a multi-payload project.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Support payload systems integration with a focus on fault management, power timelines, and operational planning.
• Develop and maintain multiple systems-level management plans to prepare for systems integration.
• Review, oversee, and manage design and hardware development activities.
• Develop and support integration and test campaign plans and procedures.

What You'll Need:
Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace electrical and/or systems engineering, payload integration, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of fault management, power systems, and operations planning.
• Experience with the development and execution of integration and test campaign plans including LPTs, CPTs, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly for design reviews and technical meetings.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with NASA GSFC processes and documentation standards.
• Experience with integrated spacecraft power analysis and timeline development tools.
• Prior involvement in payload or spacecraft-level ConOps development.
